Operational Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2023

By initiating consultation or deploying Vespera Industrial Systems architecture, the client organization agrees to the following operational parameters.

1. Structural Integrity: All kinetic energy recovery estimates are baseline projections. Real-world efficiency scales based on facility thermal baselines and operational cycle frequency.

2. Deployment Liabilities: Vespera is not liable for operational delays caused by pre-existing sub-optimal structural foundations in client facilities.
